Components

  • 2 medium lemons
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces every)
  • LEMON-DILL SAUCE:
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

  • 2-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 3 lemon slices, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon snipped contemporary dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried chervil
  • Sprint cayenne pepper

Directions

  • Trim each ends from every lemon; reduce lemons into thick slices. Grill salmon and lemon slices, lined, over excessive warmth on an oiled grill rack or broil 3-4 in. from the warmth for 3-5 minutes on either side or till the fish flakes simply with a fork and lemons are evenly browned.
  • For sauce, in a small saucepan, mix the cornstarch, water and lemon juice; add butter. Prepare dinner and stir over medium warmth till thickened and bubbly. Take away from the warmth; stir in quartered lemon slices and seasonings. Serve with salmon and grilled lemon slices.
